The HB 328 conference report would ban nearly every hemp product on our shelves. The House’s original bill was reasonable — 21+ age limits and testing — but the Senate rewrote it with a 0.4mg THC cap that wipes out our industry. The House gets one final vote after July 27. Please call your NC House representative and tell them to vote NO on the HB 328 conference report.
